The quest for finding faith in the city is a never-ending trail.

Superstitious beliefs and shrines of saints and curious-looking temples hide in several lanes of the city, seemingly hidden but always welcoming those looking for divine intervention to solve their problems, which humans find difficult to untangle.

However, it is the peculiarities of such places that make them equally endearing. One such wishing well of worship is the Ghanteshwar Hanuman Temple at Madhu Park in Khar. What's unusual about this place is that the temple is covered from top to bottom with bells of various sizes and shapes.

It is said that an earnest wish asked at the temple gets fulfilled and once your wish has been granted you have to go and tie a bell in return. The number of bells covering the temple suggest the number of devotees who believe in the powers of the temple.u00a0
