Rainmaker, an online learning and content company, has recently developed an anti-sexual harassment training solution called WorkSafe, a comprehensive solution to help your organisation comply with all the requirements under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and related rules and regulations. Rainmaker is expecting to tie up with 100 companies by the end of next year.
WorkSafe uses the latest innovations in training methodology and helps remove unconscious biases prevalent in the organisation by creating awareness, and helps foster a gender-sensitive work ethic at the workspace. It also enables companies to conduct training for all its employees no matter where they are geographically situated.
Training is primarily delivered through instructional videos which offer dramatised case scenarios to explain the law as it applies to real world situations. They have discussion forums and live chats to interact directly with in-house experts, quizzes to help recall key principles, online workshops to engage in active dialogue, understand changes in the law and refresh one's learnings. They also offer in-person workshops conducted by experts in gender equality and posters to raise awareness.
