Just before the holiday season is about to draw curtains, The Guide lists down activities that your kid can be a part of before school bags and homework creeps back into their routines


Travel
Introduce a fun way to make your child explore the outdoor life with Pugmark Holidays. From nature trails to treks, rappelling, bird watching, kayaking, sky gazing, campfire and games, let your child discover diverse parts of the country such as Shimla, Manali, Jim Corbett National Park, while making a whole new group of friends. For children between the age group of eight to 17 years.

Chess
The third Summer Chess Coaching Camp will be held in the city with the World Chess Federation candidate and Chess coach Joseph D'Souza conducting the camp. Children above the age of four years can participate. There are different batches for beginners and different ones for experts.

Acting
Masti Ki Pathshala is a weekend acting workshop by Yogesh Baldotra that will be held in the city. The Performance-oriented basic film acting workshop will include short-form improvisations; audition tips and techniques that will culminate in a production of a short film with the students. Children above the age of 12 years can participate in this; maximum 10 participants will be selected for each class. The best part of the workshop is that kids will get an opportunity to shoot their own short films at the end of the workshop.
