Monica Bakhle talks of her movie passion and an irresistible iconGerard Butler, the first time I saw this drop-dead gorgeous hunk on screen was in PS. I love You one of the mushiest of movies seen in a long time. And I was completely floored.
I was impressed enough to immediately run a search on the net on him yielding me hisu00a0 mini biography including a complete list of movies starred in, so far. While mentally I did make a list of some of those movies to watch, I never really got around to watching them with hectic work schedules and the art of balancing home and office.

But, at the back of my mind I had this man. So when my brother, who is settled in the US of A called to tell me how he had watched 'The Ugly Truth' starring Gerard Butler and Katherine Heigl and enjoyed every bit of it, I was reminded of my so called undying passion for this actor and decided to watch the movie when it hit the screens in Bangalore.
Needless to say I planned and made it for the first day last show of the flick. Now this was no easy task, what with my two kids demanding my attention whenever I have time to spare.
And it always has to be on the day, when you want to go out and spend some me time. But after sweet cajoling my husband who very sweetly consented to baby sit, so I could go fulfill my desires. Don't get me wrong, desires of watching Gerard on the big screen, that's it.u00a0 And I was not disappointed.
So what is it that makes this man so attractive. Is it his nonchalant attitude which emanates quite profusely in his unkempt stubble or is it those deep set green-amber eyes, which seem to exude sensuality.
Sometimes, I feel it's just his personality which seems a tad down-to-earth and unassuming. One reads he has some Bollywood connections. But then one wonders at the authenticity of such news.
Whatever it is, I am happy in knowing that a charmer like him has an Indian connection. For those who are guessing, no it's not in his lineaage, it's something to do with his present affinities. As for me, I wouldn't mind watching all his films over and over again and continue waiting for his next.
