5. Gimme 5! (My 5 workout essentials)Music, running shoes, shorts, watch and water. I like to run wherever I go, so anything related to running is a must for me.
6. 6 am (what I'm most likely to be doing at the time)It could be anything; like today I was at the airport at 4.15 in the morning! It depends on work.
7. 7 days a week (I can't live without!) Running, anytime!
8. 8 and 8 (my favourite guilty indulgence)Brown bread chicken sandwiches.
9. On Cloud 9 (my favourite ways to de-stress)Riding my bike alone, listening to music and playing a sport.
10. Last thing I do before tucking in...If I am in Mumbai, I just dim the lights and watch TV for a few minutes to relax. Usually, given my erratic schedule, I change and go straight to sleep.
