Design store M ufffdlange is showcasing clothes and accessories by four new designers. Lovers of bling have enough and more reason to celebrate
Multi-designer store M ufffdlange has introduced four new labels. These include Bebel by Isabel Hernandez Lelli, Stephany Dsouza, Bespoke Vintage Jewels by Shweta Gupta and Raven and Rose by Ami Agarwal.
Bespoke's line comprises pure gold, Jadau, rubies, emeralds, diamonds and pearls. Based in Bangalore, Gupta's jewels mix Indian and modern motifs, including chains combined with traditional pendants.
The other three brands are Goa-based and are showcasing their work for the first time in the city. Bebel's accessories include rings, belts, neckpieces, clutches, as well as Swarovski embellished and applique umbrellas by Pasotti, sourced from Europe.
Dsouza's pieces are a mix of clean cut tunics and deconstructed and comfortable silhouettes in cotton, silk, satins and mostly bright colours.
Raven and Rose's line comprises jersey dresses with sequins to add a little glamour. "We feel that Mumbai is a great platform for these designers to showcase their unique work," says assistant merchandiser Hetali Pandya.
At Melange, 33, Altamount Road.

One-shoulder jersey dress
This one-shoulder number by Raven and Rose spells vintage-chic-Hollywood in bold letters. The gold sequins are perfect for a head-turning entry. Be warned though, jersey clings to curves.

Jacket with shoulder detailing
We loved this Stephany D'souza jacket with layered shoulder detailing that would look great paired with skinny jeans. For those who dare, it can also be worn as a dress with a contrasting slip.
Mesh necklace
This mesh piece with blingy tips is something we haven't spotted in the city for quite a while. Just wrap it around your neck and the ends will do the rest. Their charm bracelet was also something we couldn't take our eyes off. Bebel's accessories definitely won our hearts.
Reversible neckpieces
Ever bought an expensive piece of jewellery only to be caught wearing it again? Worry not, as Shweta Gupta's statement neckpieces are reversible, providing the wearer with two equally beautiful options. She also does some detailed earrings that are pretty.
