An effective technique to exfoliate your skin and get rid of dirt or dead skin cells that may be obstructing your pores is using a DIY face scrub.
Exfoliation can moisturise our skin, enhance our complexion, and possibly help make wrinkles less noticeable. "Although there are numerous efficient face scrubs on the market, you may prepare a straightforward facial scrub at home with all-natural components that you almost certainly already have," shares Ms Ruchita Acharya, the founder of skin wellness group - Glow & Green.
Making your own DIY face scrub has several advantages. First, homemade face scrubs are produced with only natural, non-toxic components. Second, the components are affordable, and most of them are likely already in your kitchen.

Honey and Brown Sugar:
Natural humectants like honey and sugar work as mild exfoliants to remove dead skin cells, open pores, and retain moisture. For this face scrub, all you need is 1/2 teaspoons of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of honey.
Combine the ingredients and apply the mixture to your face with your fingers or by using a brush. Start softly exfoliating with little circular strokes. Rinse your face in warm water, then allow it to air dry.
Gram Flour and yogurt:
Besan or gram flour is a popular cooking ingredient in skincare because of its ability to lighten and exfoliate the skin. This face scrub will provide you with clean, even-toned skin while removing excess oil and improving skin texture.
For this face mask, you need 1 tbsp of besan and 1/2 tbsp of yogurt. In a small bowl, mix besan and yogurt. Apply the mixture to your face in small circular motions and massage it in. Give it 5 to 6 minutes to sit. With cool water, rinse it off.
Coffee and Raw milk:
Making your own coffee scrub for the face is an amazing way to remove all the dirt and grime that has built up deep within the pores. It enhances skin texture while removing blackheads and whiteheads through exfoliation.
In a small bowl, add 1 tbsp of coffee grinds and ½ tbsp of raw milk. Mix it nicely and apply it to your skin and massage it for 1 minute by using your fingertips. Rinse it off with lukewarm water. Use this scrub once a week.
Tomato and Brown sugar:
Tomato has many skin advantages: it has anti-inflammatory, scar-minimising, acne-reducing, and anti-aging characteristics. Simply take the ingredients to prepare the scrub. 1 fresh tomato and 1 tbsp. of brown sugar.
Brown sugar and tomato make sense as a combination because they both have inherent skin-improving properties. Mix tomato and brown sugar and apply it on your face. Gently scrub for 2-3 minutes. Leave the scrub and after 15 minutes rinse it off with cold water.
Banana and Oats:
Bananas are healthy natural foods that can improve the skin's collagen formation, treat acne, and regulate sebum production. For making this amazing face scrub take 2 tbsp of mashed banana in a bowl add 2 tablespoons of oats, 1 teaspoon raw honey, and raw milk. Make a thick paste and apply the scrub to your face and let it sit for 15 minutes then wash it off with cold water.
