Apple unveiled new MacBook Pro laptops infused with touch control features. This new MacBook Pro models were launched at a special event at the Apple headquarters in Silicon Valley.
This touch control feature is something that people are already using on smartphones. In these laptops, the keyboard will come with âtouch bar' controls where function leys are traditionally positioned.
The new MacBook Pro comes with 13-inch and 15-inch screens. It has âTouch ID' fingerprint reading sensors installed into the power buttons. This will help users to unlock machines and make online purchases using fingers to confirm their identity. The starting price of MacBook Pro with 13-inch screen is 1,799 dollars and the starting price of MacBook Pro with 15-inch screen and touch control technology is 2,399 dollars.
This event of Apple came a day after another giant Microsoft unveiled its new high-end computer with an updated Windows operating system. Apple is inclined towards guarding the loyalty of Mac users and at the same time is attracting new fans to its network.
However, it is said that Apple laptops do not enjoy the same type of big hardware advantage as compared to the past. If we contrast the current MacBook Pros with the 12-inch MacBook, then we will find out that we have lost a lot of benefits as compared to the past. The recent ones come with USB Type-C ports, something that even Apple doesn't yet use universally. There is also no SD card slot in the latest versions.
However, we can still admit that MacBook Airs and Pros are simple, powerful devices that were pretty comfortable to use.
