Cocktails
Diners and cocktail lovers can choose from Easy’s Picante with a mix of tequila, passionfruit, coriander, jalapeno and tajin. Beyond this they have a delicious gin-based Giggle Fizz and Glitter Gimlet, whiskey-based Blind Date, tequila-based Pinocchio and an interesting gin-based Sip on Bisc Please! to enjoy.
Starting off the evening
If you want to keep it light, the new bar serves Dill Pickle Pop Corn, the Spiced Nuts, and Chicken Olive Pops. For shared plates, diners can opt for the Mexican Snack Platter, the Chip & Dip Platter, or the Crostini Platter.
Small plates
Indulge in Cream Cheese & Edamame Tarts or the rich Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms, Mushroom Pate, Caramelised Onion & Chilli Croquettes, Chicken Ragu Lasagne and Mini Chicken Corn Dog with Cheesy Mustard Paprika Sauce or the Prawn Sushi Hot Dog and Tuna Tartare with Wasabi Soy Emulsion. Diners can dive into the Tofu & Red Cabbage Sando with Gochujang Mayo, or the Sriracha Egg Sando with Kewpie, and flavorful Chicken Junglee Sando paired with fries.
Diving into main course
The bar also has a whole new range of Neopolitana pizzas that include Kalamata Olive & Burrata Pizza, earthy Pizza Bianca or even the Butter Chicken Pizza, and Pepperoni & Bacon Jam Pizza. If you want to dive into main course, then they serve Dan Dan Noodles with scallion and chili' Confit Pumpkin & Sage Ravioli with feta and burnt butter sauce; Massaman Curry with assorted veggies and sticky rice. Grilled Chicken in Sesame Ginger and Smoked Murgh Makhni with khari biscuit, saffron chenna, and buttered rice, and the Lemon Cream Grilled Fish.
Desserts
For desserts, end your meal with White Chocolate Cake adorned with pistachio crumbs and raspberry; Dark Chocolate Pave with passionfruit and chocolate ganache or the Tropical Fruit Cream with frozen mango yogurt, pineapple puree, and vanilla sponge.
