The chefs at these restaurants present some of the richest culinary traditions from the region to curate unique menus for all those who love to experiment with new cuisines in Mumbai.

Ummrao at Courtyard By Marriott Mumbai International Airport is hosting an exclusive pop-up event called 'Rampuri Rivaayat' till January 21. The pop-up, which has started on January 12, will showcase the regal flavours of Rampur, curated by specialty chef Rehman Mujeeb.

At the restaurant, diners can indulge in unique dishes from the region such as Rann Ke Kebab, Rampuri Gosht Dalcha Haleem, Yaquti, Chukander E Afroz and Paneer Meva Kheer among other dishes.

Mizu Izakaya launches a new menu called Dai San Menu, where 'Dai San' translates to 'the third' in Japanese. Going beyond the conventional, the Dai San Menu embraces Japanese fermentation and preservation techniques, weaving a narrative rooted in the Asian country yet mindful of locally available ingredients in India. 

The menu features dishes like Kabocha Tart, Fujiyama Potato Salad, Steamed Mushroom, Sizzling Mochi, Maguro Taru Taru, Mizu Shumai and more for main course, and end your meal with a Japanese Milk Tea Parfait.
