Indulge in Khasi cuisine 
Grand Hyatt Mumbai is hosting a Meghalaya pop-up dining experience for Mumbaikars to explore the flavours of the Northeast state. The menu has been curated by chef Daphi and chef Daki in collaboration with Soul On A Plate by Yogita Uchil and indulge in the richness of Khasi cuisine with authentic recipes and indigenous ingredients. Diners can indulge in dishes such as Ja stem (rice in lakadong turmeric), Doh sniang nei-iong (pork in black sesame), Doh syiar kylla (Khasi-style chicken curry), Ktung shira khleh (dried anchovy salad), Sohsaw phon (Khasi style boiled tomato salad), Muli khleh (pink-radish salad) and Phan khleh (Khasi-style mash potato)

Explore Bhutanese cuisine
Food lovers in Mumbai can get ready for a culinary adventure as they can explore the flavours of Bhutan at Food Exchange in Novotel Mumbai International Airport from May 24 to June 2. Curated by acclaimed culinary expert and author chef Michael Swamy, renowned for his mastery of Bhutanese and Indian cuisines, the 'Bhutan to Bharat' festival promises diners unique flavours in Mumbai. The curated dinner buffet will feature a wide variety of carefully prepared dishes such as Ema Datshi—Bhutan's National Dish, Doh Syiar Nei-Iong, and Bak Thuk Noodles with Asian Vegetables. There will also be live cooking stations showcasing signature dishes being prepared in front of the guests.

Sip on bubble teas this summer 
After the launch of its newest outlet in Goregaon and recent Burmese New Year menu, Burma Burma has launched an all-new Bubble Tea menu with 14 different varieties to beat the summer heat. Diners can choose from a delicious Korean Banana Bubble Tea, Lotus Biscoff Bubble Tea or the fruity Citrus Hibiscus Bubble Tea. While there are 10 original bubble teas, there are four vegan options to choose from. If you love some classic flavours, you can try Nutella, Original, Brown Sugar, Wildberry, Yuzu Lemonade, Taro Latte, Berry Matcha, Thai Tea, Jasmine Cheese Foam and Mango Raspberry too.

Indulge in Singaporean cocktails 
On the heels of its launch, contemporary dining and tiki bar, Waikiki, has announced its first bar takeover with Singapore bar Jungle Ballroom. Mixologists Akmal Haqim and Adrian Besa will be serving How Doth the Little Crocodile, Neon Ballroom, Jive Town and The Root of All.

Taste of Australia in Mumbai
MasterChef Australia’s chef Andy Allen teams up with Hunger Inc. Hospitality’s executive chef Hussain Shahzad to cook-up a limited-edition Australia inspired menu at O Pedro to give Mumbaikars a taste of Australia this summer. The menu uses native ingredients like Davidson plum, Macadamia nuts, paperbark, finger lime, seafood, and brings Australian wines to the restaurant in Bandra Kurla Complex. Dive into juicy Chicken Sausages in rich brown sauce paired with pillowy-soft white bread; Buffalo Tataki with succulent lobster, creamy crème fraiche, and zesty green tomatoes; Macadamia Tabbouleh accompanied with smoky burnt eggplant yogurt, nutty green barley, and tangy grape vinegar. For mains, indulge in BBQ Prawns coated in indulgent XO butter, served with perfectly charred greens, or savour the tender Wood-Roasted Spatchcock infused with fiery fermented chilli and roasted corn. End your meal with a decadent Burnt Honey and Paperbark Crème Brulee.
