Turkish flavours
Opa! Bar & Cafe has launched its new Turkish menu and an innovative cocktail selection as it approaches its 9th anniversary in November 2024. Crafted by chef Serdal Cicek, the highlights include the 1 Meter Veg/Lamb Adana Kebab, Shorba Ades, Laham Mishawi, Kozu Lokum Steak, and Hatay Kunefe. 

Mediterranean cocktails 
The cocktails curated by mixologist Karl Fernandes, promise a refreshing and delightful experience inspired by Mediterranean flavours. Sip on delicious cocktails from the menu that include gin-based Pomona and Shibint, bourbon-based Mr. Gebaly, walnut rum-based Alastor, and rose wine-based Lapis Lazuli.

Month of dim sum
Pan-Asian restaurant Foo is celebrating Dim Sum Month, just in time with the arrival of the monsoon season, to let diners indulge in some steaming food. The menu caters to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian palates with different kinds of dishes. 

Asian flavours
Vegetarians can embark on a delightful journey with the Regal Dim Sum Basket, featuring 8 pieces of water chestnut dumplings, savoury edamame fillings, refreshing snow pea creations, and the crispness of pok choy, celery, broccoli, and Chinese cabbage. Non-vegetarian patrons can indulge in the Superior Dim Sum Basket, packed with 8 pieces bursting with juicy chicken alongside a vibrant array of fresh vegetables like crisp pok choy, vibrant snow peas, tender asparagus perfectly complemented with a touch of ginger and scallion. These are accompanied with unique sauces like Black Pepper Sauce, Lantern Sauce, Chilli Hot Bean Sauce and fragrant Smoke Chilli Sauce too.

Flavours of Murshidabad
Food Exchange at Novotel Mumbai International Airport is hosting a unique culinary event showcasing the exquisite cuisine of Murshidabad. This food pop-up, in collaboration with Chef Pin, a platform for home chefs to connect with food lovers, and this one is by chef Ananya Banerjee. The buffet spread will feature iconic dishes such as Murshidabad Mochar Shami Kebab, a fusion of Mughal and Bengali culinary traditions, and Taal Saash / Chennar Kofta Sukto, combining the sweet, fruity flavor of palm fruit with the creamy texture of Chhena. Other dishes include Moong Jhingey Posto, Murshidabad Chicken Tikia, Morog Pulao, Chingrir Kofta Narkel Diye, Darchini Gosht, Jhurir Doi, Raskodom, and Cheena Bora.
