With the new stand-alone restaurant, the Oberoi Group launches Amadeo By Oberoi presents the Counter Collection, a unique concept that showcases micro-concepts of Japanese, Chinese, Italian, and Indian cuisines.

The restaurant will have a handmade pasta bar and Japanese sushi and grill to Western and Indian specialties, Italian small plates, Chinese wok preparations, and bao buns for every kind of diner.

EDG Singapore have curated the interior design of Amadeo to harmonise with its surrounding environment. The restaurant transitions from bright and airy during the day to ambient and intimate in the evening, with spot-lit tables and decorative lighting creating an accented glow.

The Counter Collection concept embodies a modern approach, transforming from a casual café to a dramatic brasserie throughout the day. It caters to all kinds of experiences including a business lunch during the week, a brunch with friends on weekends, a leisurely lunch, or an intimate gathering.

The restaurant is helmed by Executive Chef Kayzad Sadri. He is joined by chef Gregorio Oblena, the Japanese specialty chef with extensive knowledge in sushi, sashimi, and Japanese hot kitchen. The team will be led by Alisha Rampal, food and beverage manager.
