To transport guests to the vibrant culinary landscape of Punjab and fill in their senses with the aromas and flavours of authentic âDesi food', Novotel Mumbai International Airport is all set to host the latest episode of the Community Kitchen Project, âPind Di Rasoi,' in association with ChefPin from January 12 to January 14, 2024, at their modern all-day dining outlet, Food Exchange Mumbai.
The Pind Di Rasoi festival promises a feast for the senses with an extensive menu featuring delights such as Dahi Kebab, Amritsari Fish Fry, Saag and Makki Di Roti, Mutton Boti Masala, and Gajrela. Live cooking stations will add an interactive dimension to the experience, allowing guests to witness the art of Punjabi cooking firsthand.
Under the masterful guidance of Chef Rummy Nagpal, this Punjabi Food Festival offers an authentic dive into the heart of North Indian cuisine. Chef Rummy Nagpal, with a culinary journey deeply rooted in the flavoursome streets of Amritsar, brings to the table an array of authentic Punjabi dishes.
