If the rise of home-grown gin as well as tonic labels is an indication, India has seen a gin revolution in the recent past. The spirit - a central ingredient in massively popular cocktails from the Martini to the Tom Collins - continues to add scores of fans to its legion.

If you are also a lover of gin, read carefully because Gin Explorer's Club by Food Talk India has launched a limited edition curated at-home experience that ships pan-India. The ‘Festival in a Box' is an offshoot of the in-person Gin Explorer's Club festival held annually in New Delhi since September 2018. Amassing popularity among fans, the 2020 edition was attended by over 15,000 gin enthusiasts.

"Our love for all things gin led us to create the Gin Explorer's Club back in 2018 - a one of a kind gin festival that brings together gin lovers to experience and explore the wonderful world of gin. When we were hit with the pandemic back in 2020, we saw this as an opportunity to extend the gin-filled experience to people all across India," shares Anjali Batra, Founder of Food Talk India.

Their carefully curated ‘Festival in a Box' comes with goodies that could make any occasion a ‘gin-tastic' one, including Garnish Your G&T kit by Tanqueray, Stir Creativity in a Glass kit by Bombay Sapphire, Samsara Bitters and Tinctures, Grape Pickle by Stranger and Sons, a custom gin infusion kit and mixers, among other things.

"This ‘Festival in a Box' experience gives you everything we have to offer at a physical festival - entertainment, decor, cocktails, food, and immersive experiences from a host of brands - all packaged in a super easy DIY way. Our motto is to make India fall in love with gin and we are excited to get one step closer to it, with our boxes being shipped not just to the big metros, but also to cities like Siliguri, Gwalior, Patna, Mohali and the likes of that," adds Batra.

Die-hard fans of gin can collect keepsakes from their favourite gin brands including a Beefeater tote bag, Greater Than cutting board and knife, Hapusa puzzle, Gordon's sunglasses and scarf, and Roku gin cups.
