Who wouldn't like watching a puppet show that transports you to wonderland? Sadly, this ancient art form is facing the risk of extinction. Spreading awareness about the art of puppetry through shows and workshops is Puppetarian, a-one-of-its-kind puppet design and performance team, founded by Hashim Haider and Sangya Ojha, who have bridged the gap between education and entertainment.

Their upcoming event, Nani ki Kahani, which is to be held over the weekend, aims to take children on a ride through a fantasy world, which not only focuses on mystery and laughter, but also the message of love ,kindness and co-existence. Ruchi Shah, co-host of the event, believes children have a friendly connection with puppets and grandmothers.

The event is open to children, and also welcomes parents and grandparents. Shah says, "This is so that they, too, can reconnect with their fantasy world, which due to a rigorous daily routine, they lose touch with."
