A scenic ride to Mahuli hills and stories from adventure cyclists await you on this trip

Mahandra Kumar and Krish Captain

This weekend, go pedalling with two cycling legends, Mahandra Kumar and Krish Captain. Organised by Bunny Hop India, the trip - titled The Journey - will take you to a destination nestled at the foot of the beautiful Mahuli hills in Thane district.

Kumar was the first cyclist to reach Leh in 1986 and travel around 60 countries on his bicycle. For him, it's the journey that matters, not the distance cycled. Captain, meanwhile, believes that both, the journey and the distance, hold equal importance. The passionate 64-year-old cyclist either rides or walks several miles every single day to stay fit and fight diabetes.

You'll set off as the sun rises, and cycle 50 kms until you reach a campsite in Vasind. After breakfast, you can go swimming in the pond, marvel at waterfalls, go off-road cycling along a forest trail, or simply relax and have a stimulating conversation with the two legends. You will be heading back to the city after lunch.
