After Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin, Mona Singh went on to participate in dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa in 2006 and ended up becoming the winner.

You would be surprised to know that Mona Singh, who has been part of showbiz since 2003, has done only five television shows in 17 years of her television career. Mona Singh believes "less is more" and that's why she restricted herself to only a few TV shows. In the meanwhile, she also had a small role in 3 Idiots, where she played Kareena Kapoor's on-screen sister. Mona's dramatic sequence where Aamir Khan, Sharman Joshi and R. Madhavan deliver her baby with Kareena's help through a web camera, was a much-talked-about scene.

On the personal front, Mona Singh is a romantic at heart. Though she is known for her outgoing and friendly nature, when it comes to her personal life she is extremely private.

"I think I am a person who is a giver. I love to do things like keep myself free for the person I love, cook and do special things for them. It's the effort that I make and I think that's more important when you are in a relationship," said Mona Singh.
