Mahira Sharma, who's now a known name in the television industry, started off as a model when she was just 17. Mahira, who's only 23-years-old, was one of the youngest contestants in the Bigg Boss house. She made her debut with the serial Y.A.R.O. Ka Tashan.

Mahira is best known for her stint in the hugely popular TV show, Naagin 3. She gained a lot of fans thanks to her performance as Jamini, a 'chudail', in the show.

Mahira Sharma has also done shows like Bepannah Pyaarr in which she played the role of Misha Oberoi. The actress was last seen with Dheeraj Dhoopar and Shraddha Arya in the popular TV show Kundali Bhagya.

If rumours are to be believed, Mahira Sharma was dating Abhishek Sharma, an actor who played Hrithik Roshan's little brother in Kaho Na... Pyaar Hai. Apparently, Mahira was dating him before entering the Bigg Boss 13 house.

However, according to reports, when Abhishek was asked about his and Mahira's relationship, he quashed all rumours. Abhishek said that he and Mahira worked together and that he shares a good bond with her. But at the same time, he also mentioned that he shared a great rapport with all his co-actors.

Mahira Sharma gained huge popularity for her music video, Lehenga. Sung by Punjabi artist Jass Manak, Mahira stole a lot of hearts with her grumpy-cutesy act in the video.

Mahira Sharma has over 2.6 million followers on Instagram. She was one of the most-loved contestants on Bigg Boss 13 and always managed to survive in the house despite being nominated multiple times during evictions.

What Mahira also survived inside the house was a lot of trolling due to her closeness with another BB13 contestant, Paras Chhabra. Mahira and Paras stuck together from the first week itself and stood by each other through thick and thin.

Another thing that was the bone of contention was... wait for it... her lips. The actress was trolled mercilessly in several episodes for her full lips, and to such an extent that she ended up crying because of it.

Mahira, however, managed to bounce back and didn't let it affect her gameplay. She was also accused of being Paras' shadow and surviving in the house only because of him. But Mahira took it all in her stride.

Another thing that made waves was her strained relationship with BB13 co-contestant Shehnaaz Kaur Gill. While the two shared a bitter-sweet friendship, it seemed to only sour with time.

Mahira Sharma's favourite actress is Kareena Kapoor Khan and has admitted that she became an actress because of Bebo.

While Mahira Sharma did not win the Bigg Boss 13 season, she definitely made a mark in the TV and film industry. She was seen in the song video 'Ring' opposite Paras, which released in August this year.
