Sidharth Shukla passed away after a heart attack on September 2 this year. It was the actor's 41st birth anniversary and his family wrote a long note to thank everyone that celebrated Sidharth's birthday and sent them wishes.
On Instagram, they shared the note that read- "Sidharth's Birthday would have been a much more difficult day for us but seeing all the love sent his way made it easier and beautiful. We feel blessed that Sidharth is still being showered with unconditional love and continues to live in all our hearts, forever. A heartfelt Thank You from us to each and everyone of you! We are grateful for all the love you have shown to our family, including our father. Please keep Sidharth and our family in your thoughts and prayers always. Shukla Family."

His close friend Shehnaaz Gill, with whom he shared the small screen on Bigg Boss 13, also had something to express on his birth anniversary. Gill paid a special tribute to Sidharth Shukla on his birth anniversary by posting a picture of him, as an angel. She shared an edited picture of him with wings on Sunday afternoon. Fans of Sidnaaz who had been posting about Sidharth's birth anniversary since a week left heartfelt comments below her post. "More power to you girl," said a fan, while another posted, "Literally an angel."
Actress Tasneem Nerurkar left heart, hugs and angel emojis for the post. Shehnaaz and Sidharth met on Bigg Boss 13 and instantly became a fan favourite with their chemistry and unique bond on the show.
The late actor died of a suspected heart attack in September. Two months later, Shehnaaz released a tribute song for him, titled Tu Yaheen Hai. Their music video Habit was left incomplete due to the actors sudden demise and was released with behind the scenes the footage shot in Goa.
