Sufi singer Richa Sharma turned up as celebrity judge on Indian Idol 9, but during the shoot, she received news of a family member's death.
Visibly shaken, she took a moment to compose herself, but did not leave the set. Applauding her, judge Sonu Nigam said she was a true artiste as co-judges Farah Khan and Anu Malik nodded in agreement.
