'Dhoom 3' child actor Siddharth Nigam to play young Chatrapati Shivaji

Popular child actor Siddharth Nigam will be essaying the role of Chatrapati Shivaji in an upcoming show 'Peshwa Bajirao'.

Siddharth is known for his role as Asoka in the television show "Chakravarti Ashoka Samrat". He was also seen playing young Aamir Khan in 'Dhoom 3'.

"Peshwa Bajirao" is an upcoming Indian Hindi historical period drama television series which will broadcast on Sony TV.

"Siddharth has a very important role to play in Peshwa Bajirao. He will essay the role of Shivaji when he was 16 years old.

We are sure he will do justice to the role. He is very excited with his new get up and the feel of the character," Siddharth's mother said in a statement The show also stars actors like Raza Murad, Ravindra Mankani, Manish Wadhwa and Rudra Soni.
