Inside Ravie Kapoor's birthday party: Ekta Kapoor shares an adorable video of son

It was Ekta Kapoor's son Ravie's 2nd birthday on January 27, 2021. The producer, who wore the 'single parent' cape with pride, hosted a grand bash for her little one on Wednesday. Several celebrities from the television and film fraternity such as Karan Johar, Riteish Deshmukh and his wife, Genelia, Sussanne Khan, Ruchika Kapoor with husband, Shaheer Sheikh, Tusshar Kapoor with son, Laksshya Kapoor, Krystle D'Souza, Urvashi Rautela, Ridhima Pandit, Neelam Kothari Soni and daughter Ahana, Ridhi Dogra, Shabir Ahluwalia and Kanchi Kaul with children Azai and Ivarr were spotted at the birthday party of Ekta Kapoor's son, Ravie.

On Thursday, Ekta shared a glimpse of her son's birthday celebration. The video saw little Ravie surrounded by his loved ones, his granny Shobha Kapoor, cousin Laksshya Kapoor and a super-excited mommie Ekta Kapoor. While Ekta blows the candle, Shobha Kapoor cuts the birthday cake on the behalf of the 2-year-old.

Ekta Kapoor wrote in the caption of the post, "With my boys! N my fellow mommies! It's time for another round of mental hood wat say! 😂😂😂😂p.s do not mind d incessant chewing of gum due to nervousness n the bulky jacket which some fashion police shot down later."

On Ravie's 2nd birthday, Ekta had penned a sweet note on Instagram with a million-dollar wish for him. She wrote, "Happpiest bdayyyyy ravioli ! Nothing more to say but that u are my turning point landmark gift! I still get shocked ( in a good way) n say ‘ I'm ur mommy) I loveeeeeeee uuuuuuuuuuu❤️❤️❤️🍿🍿🍿"

In January 2019, Ekta Kapoor welcomed her son via surrogacy. Ekta named him Ravie Kapoor after her dad Jeetendra, whose real name is Ravi Kapoor. "Everything in life doesn't go the way you want it to, but there are always solutions to those hiccups," the TV czarina had written on social media, while announcing the "path-changing" phase of her life in January 2019.
