Gauahar Khan pens an emotional note mourning her father's loss: My worlds have stopped

Gauahar Khan lost her father Zafar Ahmed Khan on Friday, March 5. The actress penned down an emotional note for her father mourning his loss. She also shared some of her fondest memories with him. In the video, we can see her father praying at her wedding last year.

Sharing the video on her Instagram account, the ex-Bigg Boss contestant wrote, "My Father My Pride ! Zafar Ahmed Khan you are the real STAR. my pappa praying for me at my Nikah ( my most fave memory of my life ) #Alhamdulillah (sic)". She captioned the video, "My worlds have stopped. May you walk with the angels, love you pappa (sic)".

The actress shared the news of her father, Zafar Ahmed Khan, passing away on social media, posting an Instagram story to state that the "funeral is after Zohar Namaz". Khan's father was unwell for quite some time now and was hospitalised last week.

In an Instagram post, Gauahar wrote, "My Hero. No man like u, Ever! My father has passed, to the ever after as an Angel. Alhamdulillah. His passing away was a testament to his beautiful life n the best soul he was. Forever My Pappa . I love you oh so much. I am sooooo much of you Pappa. N yet can never ever be even a per cent of your magnanimous personality. #MyForeverShiningStar Keep him in your prayers please. innal lillahee wainna ilayhi raajeeoon (sic)".

A day before she lost her father, Khan had posted a picture of her hugging her father in the ICU. "Oh Allah bless my father," she had written with the picture. Gauahar had also been requesting fans on Instagram to pray for her father. Gauahar also shared a picture with her father from her wedding and captioned it: "A fathers kiss . #Blessing . Zafar Ahmed Khan , I love you soooooooooo much . #MyPappaStrongest."

Gauahar's husband Zaid Darbar too had a shared picture with his father-in-law, on Thursday. He wrote, "Please keep my father in law in your Duaa's .🤲🏻 Allah give him the best of health . Ameen ! He's the coolest man I know . Alhamdulillah."
