Exclusive! Addite: Opening of our new restaurant and being a new mom that I want to be, made me feel alive

While fulfilling mother duties has been priority for Addite since baby Ekbir has entered her life, her other baby, her very own restaurant brands which have successfully developed into popular chain around the city over the last couple of years, have equally kept her on her toes with multiple expansions to different cities.

Recently one of Addite's restaurant franchises took a step forward and opened up an outlet in Bengaluru. "In between lockdowns and delivering my baby, one of our restaurants went national and opened up an outlet in Bengaluru. It of course required a lot of pre and post prep which was a challenge with so many other priorities on hand, but multi-tasking with the opening of our new restaurant and at the same time being the mom that I want to be, made me feel alive," shares Addite.

"The restaurant business was one of the worst hit businesses in the pandemic and as restaurant owners we have felt the losses closely, so to be able to open up a new space despite the odds was a miracle for our team! I feel blessed to not only be able to work in times like these, but feeding people and giving them some source of happiness and a place to unwind through these trying and testing times with our food and our restaurant spaces, gives me no greater joy as an entrepreneur," concludes Addite
