Bigg Boss 17, the reality show that premiered on Sunday on Colors and JioCinema, generated much excitement and enthusiasm. Hosted by Salman Khan, the reality show kicked off with 17 contestants, including two couples, former flames, and several single participants. On Sundays, Sohail Khan and Arbaaz Khan take the reins from the superstar.
The episode showed Sohail and Arbaaz going inside the house and roasting Anurag Dobhal, who was nominated for nine weeks due to his misbehaviour. The two brothers later made fun of Arun and Tehelka for lying on the bed and gossiping about everyone.
The episode started with housemates blaming Bigg Boss for giving special treatment to Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain. Bigg Boss later cleared the air around their medical condition. A massive fight between Samarth Jurel and Isha Malviya. Isha raised a problem regarding the duty she has, and Samarth questioned her. Later, the discussion escalated, and Samarth dragged Isha's mother into the conversation, leading to a fight between them. Further into the episode, Samarth is seen talking to Abhishek regarding how he behaves with Isha, which makes her run behind him. The conversation looked quite disrespectful.

The episode took an interesting turn when cricket fever took over the house, and Sohail and Arbaaz asked housemates some cricket-related questions. Isha was given the title of a fielder, while Vicky Jain became the best cover driver.
Then Sohail and Arbaaz called Mannara Chopra, Samarth, and Aishwarya Sharma for a fun game, but due to Mannara's way of playing, it turned into a bitter conversation where Sharma and Jurel accused her of intentionally hurting them because of her personal vengeance.
The house currently has 17 contestants left, including Jigna Vora, Sana Raees Khan, Anurag Dobhal, Munawar Faruqui, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Navid Sole, Neil Bhatt, Aishwarya Sharma, Abhishek Kumar, Isha Malviya, Rinku Dhawan, Arun Mashettey, Sunny Arya, Firoza Khan, Samarth Jurel, and Mannara Chopra.
