Stand up star Munawar Faruqui stole the show, when he got an opportunity to roast his housemates in front of a live audience. Bollywood actor Riteish Deshmukh praised him and called him fire.
In the recent episode of 'Bigg Boss 17,' a roast session took place, where each participant took turns and roasted each other in front of the live audience. All the audiences loved the show, including the hosts of the roast session, Krushna Abhishek and Suresh Lehri.
Every participant gave their best in roasting. "Shayari sunke flower samjhe kya." Munawar was fire in the episode with every punch line giving a mic drop moment. Riteish, known for his great comic timing, also loved Munawar's show. Sharing a tweet, he expressed his happiness. The actor mentioned, "Munawar Faruqui was on fire today. #standup #BiggBoss17"
His performance on 'Bigg Boss 17' roast was no exception, as he delivered joke after joke that had the audience in splits. Munawar's ability to address hard themes with wit and humor has earned him a following among both audiences and reviewers.

In a different promo, stand-up comic Munawar Faruqui can also be seen trolling Vicky Jain. Munawar, taking hilarious digs at Vicky, says, "Jhagde me ek baar Vicky Bhai ne bola tha ki tere jaise 200 mere yahan kaam pe hai. But main toh ek hi insaan ko jaanta hun jo yahan pe biwi ke naam pe hai (Vicky Bhai once told me that he has 200 people like me serving under him. But, I know only one person who is on the show because of his wife) (sic)."
Colors TV's another promo also shows Abhishek mocking his ex-girlfriend Isha Malviya. He also mocks Munawar and himself, adding, "Me and Munawar have one thing in common - girls. "While I don't get females, Munawar continues to get them on the show." He turns to Isha and says, "Isha keeps on saying that I broke a television, but as far as I believe, I didn't break a TV, instead I broke your ego (sic)."
As the season 17 is closer towards the finale, finalist Munawar Faruqui is joined by Arun Srikanth Mashettey, Mannara Chopra, and Abhishek Kumar.
