The day after Salman Khan's first Weekend Ka Vaar of the season, the contestants of Bigg Boss 17 experienced a gamut of emotions. On Monday, drama unfolded as equations inside the house changed drastically. One of the important Bigg Boss 17 Day 8 Highlights was Munawar Faruqui's emotional outburst.

The comedian got emotional after Anurag Dobhal, also known as Babu Bhaiya and UK Rider, felt homesick. Munawar expressed his feelings to Neil Bhatt in a conversation. He spoke about his 5-year-old son and how his ex-wife got married which finally gave him custody of the child around 6 months ago. Munawar, who makes people laugh with his gags, emotionally expressed that when someone misses their mother, it hits him differently. Remembering his mother, who passed away 16 years ago, Munawar cried. He and Anurag shared a hug.

In another part of the house, a different drama took place. Abhishek Kumar refused to do the chores assigned to him. The reason cited by him was Khanzaadi didn't do her share of activities and nobody asked her to complete them. Sunny Arya or Tehelka tried to intervene, but Abhishek was in no mood to pay attention. Amid the heated argument between them, Sunny threw an object at Abhishek who was instigating him. Isha reprimanded Tehelka as the object could hurt anyone. Abhishek sought Bigg Boss' help but got scolded. Bigg Boss threatened to take action against him and told the housemates that they would be allowed to sleep if nobody had a one-on-one conversation with Abhishek.

Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain's relationship went through yet another rough day. The actress expressed to her husband that she feels lonely in the Bigg Boss 17 house. She said while Vicky is playing a good game, she is happy with the way he's behaving on the show as her husband. Vicky told Ankita to stop disrespecting him and asked her if he is her slave who should run behind her throughout. Their discussion continued. Vicky recalled the rough patch they went through for 6 months to a year. Ankita and Vicky mutually decided to play individually and hugged each other.

While Ankita and Vicky's relationship went through a tough phase, Munawar and Mannara Chopra's closeness is grabbing attention. The actress wrote a rap to which Munawar added more nuances and called himself Raja and her Rani in the lyrics. Mannara felt Munawar didn't enjoy her company. In response to this, Sana Raees Khan said she isn't his priority. However, Mannara and Munawar were back together in the evening. The housemates teased the duo.
