Arti Singh may not have won the reality show Bigg Boss 13 but surely won a lot of respect and popularity as long as she was in the house. She has a solid fan base and they all stood by her till her last day.
In one of the episodes, if you remember, she confessed how she had to face an attempt to rape while she was growing up. Her brother, Krushna Abhishek, however, denied her statement. Ahead of the show's finale, he said the incident was about to happen but the man ran away.
Now, in an interview with Hindustan Times, the actress opened up on why Abhishek said so. "Krushna is my brother. My brother and my mother are upset because I am yet to get married. He did not say it didn't happen, he said that I said a bit too much in flow. He was of the view that I should have spoken only 3 lines, what was the need for 10 lines. This is a normal reaction of a brother," she stated.
She added, "Do you know how upset my mother was that why did I talk about it when it was over? I told my mom, we also have a responsibility towards the society, there are many kids who do not find the courage to talk about it."
