Sahil Anand, who will be playing for Delhi Dragons in Ekta Kapoor and Anand Mishra's MTV BCL, loves being part of the tournament. This is his third year with BCL and he says that it helps keep him in touch with the game. "It's my third season in BCL. I used to play cricket during my childhood and I loved it. I have enjoyed every season of BCL, as it gives me a chance to play," he says.

He adds, "Working with Marinating Films and especially Anand Mishra is really awesome because he is a dear friend of mine. I feel so blessed to get the chance to work under him." Talking about why he chose to be part of Delhi Dragons, he says, "Delhi Dragons is the unbeaten team since past 2 years. This time Delhi approached me be a part of them, so obviously I could not refuse. I would never miss the chance to be in the winning team." He adds, "My main task and responsibility is to give my 100%. Being a batsman, I would try my best to bat the ball out of the 4 corners of the field. I am a fast scorer and I was the second best scorer in the last BCL season as well. I will try to be the highest scorer this year." However, the actor adds that it can be challenging to take out time for the tournament every year.

"It's little tough for me to take out time for BCL because being an actor, I am busy working long hours. For BCL, you require rigorous physical training. Last time in BCL, I injured my leg and also got a ligament tear and it took me a full year to recover," he says. But his love for the game drives him to be part of BCL every year. "I have loved cricket from the age of five. I have played under 16 Punjab National Match and I was also part of under 16 Punjab Team. Mr. Baba, who was the coach of Yuvraaj Singh, Harbhajan Singh, coached me too, when I was under 16. So, cricket has always been my first love," he says. Ask him which team he feels is his biggest competition and he says, "This time the toughest competitor would be Mumbai Tigers because they have also have good players." The team has been practicing regularly. "We practice 2-3 hours everyday. Before our training starts, we have a stretching session. We warm up well so that we don't have any injuries," he says.
