Rithvik Dhanjani's new obsession to cost him a fortune and a long wait!

Actor Rithvik Dhanjani who initially started out with a dance reality show also is self confessed music lover & will soon have a usually expensive piece of Hang Drum in his collection.

The actor further shares, 'Music is my escape, the idea itself of playing an instrument gives me an adrenaline rush. I cannot wait to receive the Hang Drum I placed an order for, from this dealer in ( place). It's rare, unique, has a rich sound scape & comes with a big fat price tag somewhere close to $10,000. I'm sure the coming weeks are going to keep me busy either locked up in the room trying to learn to play this thing or probably jamming with my friends flaunting my prized possession.'

'I was on a holiday in Berlin & found myself drawn to this street music fest where this man who I later befriended played the Hang Drum & believe you me, it was magical. This was 2 years ago but I'd made my mind I'll play it someday. I was constantly in touch with him & also contacted a few dealers but they came to me with sky high prices so I wrote to this one guy I found on the Internet & got him to build it for me. I'm super excited.'

Rithvik Dhanjani believes it's important to have a hobby for your wellbeing, 'I'd read this, you must pick 3 hobbies, one to make you money, one to keep you in shape & one to keep you creative. I guess I already found 3. I always make a point to do something I've never done before to keep me going.'
