Suriya, Disha Patani, Bobby Deol kick-start 'Kanguva' promotions in Delhi college, see pics

The cast of the upcoming Tamil film 'Kanguva' visited Delhi on Monday to promote their film. Suriya, Bobby Deol and Disha Patani visited a college in the capital city where they received a massive response

The team of the upcoming film Kanguva began their film promotion tour with the capital city of Delhi

The team visited a college in the city and received a thunderous response. Fans were also heard chanting Suriya's name which proves that his popularity is not limited to just the Southern states

The rising frenzy for Kanguva was evident during the Delhi college visit, as fans screamed, cheered, and expressed their excitement. The massive crowd that assembled to catch a glimpse of the cast speaks volumes about the hype surrounding Kanguva. It guarantees that the film is poised to set records upon its release

Disha Patani was all smiles as she graced the event in a stunning silver bodycon for the event with her open tresses falling over her shoulder

The film also marks the Tamil debut of Bobby Deol and his first with Suriya. Deol essays the role of the antagonist in the film

Bobby Deol's first-look poster has been nothing short of intriguing and already has fans excited to see the face off between Suriya and the Bollywood actor

Bobby was seen in a white shirt with colourful stripe patterns for the launch of the song 'Yolo' in Delhi

Suriya called Bobby Deol his big brother and said that the latter is two years senior to him. He also thanked the audience for showering love on Tamil cinema outside of the state as well

Talking about Kanguva, Suriya praised director Siva and said that his strength lies in portraying emotions on screen. He said that the film is a true Indian movie and is not restricted to one language. 

‘Kanguva’ is the biggest and most expensive film of this year. With an estimated budget of over 350 crore, it's bigger than the likes of Pushpa, Singham, and several other big films

Moreover, the film has been shot across seven different countries on various continents of India. The makers had a very specific look in mind, as this is a very unique film showing the prehistoric period

The makers hired experts from Hollywood for the technical departments like action and cinematography. The film has one of the biggest war sequences, featuring over 10,000 people. The film will be released in theatres on November 14
