'Rocking Star' Yash visits Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams ahead of 'KGF: Chapter 2' release

'Rocking Star' Yash visits Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams ahead of 'KGF: Chapter 2' release

Fondly known as the 'Rocking Star', Yash sought blessings of Lord Balaji at the temple in Andhra Pradesh as his much awaited 'KGF: Chapter 2' is all set for an Apil 14 release worldwide. The first part released on December 21, 2018 and was a huge blockbuster. 

As expected, the Yash was mobbed by fans. He has been busy with the promotions of his upcoming film KGF Chapter 2. Arriving late for a media interaction, Yash, who plays Rocky, in the movie, had to face the ire of a journalist at the event on Monday. Yash did not hesitate to apologise, and convinced the journalist that he had not been aware of the timings, but was simply following the team's schedule.

"I know the value of time. So, please accept my sorry, as I was not aware of the exact timings you people were called here for an interactive session", Yash said. Elaborating further, Yash explained that they have been travelling by private jet, which requires permission with respect to the weather conditions, thus causing a mix-up in their schedules. Yash's humility in this particular situation has drawn much positivity for him among the folks.

'KGF: Chapter 2' is gearing up for its worldwide release on April 14. Helmed by Prashanth Neel, the 'KGF' franchise is one of the most-hyped productions of the Kannada film industry.

Ahead of 'KGF: Chapter 2' release, the film's star Yash's fans have set out to create a record of sorts to show their love and admiration. Using as many as 20,700 books, they have created a massive mosaic portrait of Yash, staking claim to a world record. The portrait, made up entirely of books, measures 130 x 190 feet, and is spread over 25,650 square feet at the White Garden Grounds of Malur. The Yash Fans Association of Malur have taken up the project.
