In a shocking turn of events, the Tamil film and television industry mourns the untimely demise of the multi-talented actor and director, G Marimuthu, at the age of 58. The news of his sudden passing on September 8 has sent shockwaves through the entertainment world, leaving fans and colleagues grief-stricken.
Marimuthu was a prominent figure in the Tamil entertainment industry, known for his versatile skills and bold opinions. He was in the midst of dubbing for his television show 'Ethir Neechal' when tragedy struck. At approximately 8.30 a.m., he collapsed at the dubbing studio in Chennai, where he was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. However, despite all efforts, he was declared dead upon arrival, leaving the entire industry in disbelief.

However, his recent stint in the Tamil television serial 'Ethir Neechal' since 2022 had brought him closer to the hearts of audiences.
