For the past few days, there have been many rumours circulating about Prabhas claiming that the actor had donated a staggering sum of Rs 50 crores to the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. At another, even MLA Chirla Jaggireddy also spoke on the matter and said that Prabhas would be footing the expenses on the day of the inauguration.

Up until now, it is not known if Prabhas will be attending the Ram Mandir consecration ceremony. However, many South celebrities are expected to attend, like Rajinikanth, Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Dhanush, and several others.

Even as actor Prabhas revels in the success of 'Salaar: Part 1', the actor has unveiled the look of his upcoming film with Maruthi. On the occasion of Makar Sankranthi and Pongal, Prabhas took to social media to reveal the title of his next and the first look.
Prabhas's next with director Maruthi has been titled 'The Raja Saab'. The first look poster of the film is quite colourful and presents actor Prabhas in a different avatar after a long period.
In the first look, Prabhas is seen dressed in a black t-shirt and black and white lungi. He is seen sporting long hair and a thick beard. There are fireworks in the background with confetti all around him.
While it may not be evident from the poster, 'The Raja Saab' is touted to be a horror film. The film is directed by Maruthi Dasari, mostly known as just Maruthi, whose credits include horror-comedy 'Prema Katha Chitram' (2013), romantic comedy 'Mahanubhavudu' (2017) and comedy-drama 'Prati Roju Pandage' (2019). It is being produced under the People Media Factory banner with T.G. Vishwa Prasad ('Karthikeya 2', 'Dhamaka') as producer and Vivek Kuchibotla ('Bro) as co-producer. The cinematography is by Karthik Palani ('Varisu'), Thaman S. ('Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo') is the composer and the VFX is led by Kamal Kannan ('Magadheera', the 'Baahubali' films).
