'Ramping' it up: From Stray Kids' Felix to BTS's V, here are fashion's favourite K-pop idols

Luxury fashion label Louis Vuitton announced Stray Kids' Felix as their latest House ambassador earlier today. This comes in lieu of BTS's Kim Taehyung recently joining the roster of Cartier. Stray Kids' Lee Yongbok aka Felix was recently appointed as luxury label Louis Vuitton newest House ambassador 

Felix looked absolutely dashing in his white t-shirt and leather jacket. The golden clasp on his belt was the cherry on top!

Felix stole the show in this one-of-a-kind black-and-white suit with the colours alternately neatly split down the suit. The metallic embellishments accentuated the Felix' charisma

Nicolas Ghesquière, one of the creative directors of Louis Vuitton said, "I am thrilled that Felix is joining Louis Vuitton. I met him when I presented my Pre-Fall 2023 Collection in Seoul and it instantly clicked between us. He is really talented — I love his energy, his unique personality, and his audacious sense of style". Felix' creative charisma makes him the perfect ambassador for the luxury label

Yesterday, Felix teased this announcement by posting a mirror selfie in a classy embossed Louis Vuitton bag with a gold-chain sling handle

Kim Taehyung for Cartier

BTS's Kim Taehyung joined the global ambassador family of luxury jewellery label, Cartier. Also known as V, he will be representing one of Cartier's iconic lines, the 'Panthère de Cartier'. Taehyung was specifically chosen for this line of jewellery, taking into consideration his striking resemblance with the magnetic, mysterious and versatile panther

BTS for Louis Vuitton

BTS has had a long relationship with fashion giant Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy. Korean sensation BTS were appointed as global brand ambassadors for Louis Vuitton in 2019

RM for Bottega Veneta

BTS's RM joined the Bottega Veneta family, a fashion brand known for its understated yet luxe lines of clothing. He was the face of Bottega Veneta’s spring/summer 2023 campaign and also wore their outfit during a performance for his solo album, 'Indigo' at the Dia Beacon art museum in New York City

Jimin for Dior

Kim Jones, Dior Homme Creative Director, created special stage costumes for the band’s Love Yourself: Speak Yourself tour in 2019. In 2023, BTS's Jimin reunited with Jones and Dior once more as their global brand ambassador. He also attended the Dior Men winter 2023/2024 show at Paris Fashion Week

J-Hope for Louis Vuitton

BTS's J-Hope became an official house ambassador for Louis Vuitton in February this year. J-hope struck a number of fashionable poses with the Louis Vuitton’s iconic Keepall bag during his first campaign with them

“An extension of his shifting form, the iconic Louis Vuitton Keepall is showcased by the House Ambassador, his choreography accentuating the contemporary flair of the perpetually reimagined travel bag,” the fashion house said of the campaign in one of its Instagram posts

Suga for Valentino

Valentino introduced Di.Vas (a play on the term “Different Values”) as “a complex character of codes, upheld by inner values.” BTS's Suga, aka Min Yoongi joined the likes of Lewis Hamilton and Zendaya for Valentino’s Di.Vas roster 

Vernon for KENZO

SEVENTEEN's Vernon (R) partnered with luxury house KENZO and made his first official appearance as their ambassador during the 2023 Paris Fashion Week. Fans seem to think the brand's style is perfectly suited for Vernon's eclecticism!

Rosé for Yves Saint Laurent and Tiffany & Co.

In 2020, BLACKPINK's Rosé was named as the global ambassador for Yves Saint Laurent - their first ambassador in 59 years. The idol also attended the 2021 Met Gala alongside Anthony Vaccarello, the designer of her outfit for the event

Rose was also the face of Tiffany and Co's 'Tiffany HardWear Digital Campaign' in 2021

Jennie for Calvin Klein and Chanel

Each of BLACKPINK's ladies have their distinct fashion sense. Jennie from the group is known for turning heads with any and all outfits she dons - it was thus so surprise when she was appointed as one of Calvin Klein's brand ambassadors, joining the likes of other Kpop superstars like Jungkook from BTS

Jennie also became the house ambassador for Chanel in March 2021. The singer has often been spotted wearing Chanel clothing and her youthful, suave energy perfectly matches that of the brand. She is also lovingly known as Coco Jennie by members of the Chanel family

Sehun for Dior Men

EXO's Oh Sehun, is well-known for sartorial elegance and has been a regular presence at major global fashion weeks. He has collaborated with renowned brands like Prada, Louis Vuitton, and Ermenegildo Zegna. Recently, he starred in the Fall 2021 collection shoot for Dior Men and joined the Dior family in late December 2020

Taeyong for LOEWE

NCT’s Taeyong became renowned Spanish fashion label LOEWE's newest global brand ambassadorwill be their newest global brand ambassador. The Kpop idol has become a fashion icon with his singular and artful choice of garment and accessories. Taeyong said that LOEWE's creative philosophy has inspired his personal style in the past and that working for them is a dream come true

Kai for Gucci

EXO's Kai is quite the fashion trendsetter. He collaborated with Gucci as its global brand ambassador in 2019, and headlined the label's 100th-anniversary exhibit. Kai created history as the first-ever Korean artist to have a collection under his name

Danielle for Burberry

Danielle, an Australian-Korean member from HYBE's girl group New Jeans was named the newest global ambassador of Burberry in January 2023, less than six months after the band’s official debut. The group are fast cementing themselves in both the music and fashion industry. She is also the third member of the group to establish relations with a luxury label - and she is only 18 years old!

Aespa for Givenchy

Aespa has already been making waves in the Kpop industry with their unconventional and individualistic style of music. The Kpop quartet made news againby collaboration with French luxury house Givenchy

Jackson Wang for Louis Vuitton and Fendi

Jackson from GOT7 is known for his cheerful and humorous personality - but he is quite the fashion icon as well! The Chinese-Canadian pop artist was named as the label's brand ambassadors, making him one of the company’s most visible Chinese ambassadors. He appeared in their Fall 2023 menswear show as well

 

Louis Vuitton is not the only brand vying for Jackson! Along with labels like Cartier, Wang was also appointed as Fendi's brand ambassor. The talented artist is the perfect choice to reflect Fendi's avant garde and fresh fashion philosophy

IU for Gucci

In a surprise move, Gucci referred to IU as their brand ambassador in her photos at Cannes. They captioned the post, “Global Brand Ambassador IU was captured at the 75th Annual Cannes Film Festival wearing a Gucci gown with lace rebrodé petal details on the cuffs, as well as sequin flowers and crystal embellishments on the skirt”

G-Dragon for Chanel

As the trend of Kpop idols joining hands with global luxury fashion houses gets hotter, even the youngest stars are being invited to join campaigns and become ambassadors. However, Big Bang’s leader G-Dragon was one of the first K-pop idols to be associated with Chanel and was designated as their brand ambassador in 2017 after several years of gracing their fashion shows

Lee Jeno for Ferragamo

NCT Dream's Jeno scripted history by becoming the first-ever global male House Ambassador for Ferragamo. As the group lead dancer and rapper, Jeno's magnetic persona has made him a mainstay at fashion events. He has also previously walked the runway for Peter Do’s Spring/Summer 2023 show last September and Ferragamo's Milan runway show in 2023

ENHYPEN for Prada

The seven-member group were recently appointed as ambassadors for Prada. The members of ENHYPEN expressed their enthusiasm for this new venture, stating that they are delighted and honored to be part of the partnership. “The synergy Prada and ENHYPEN will create is something we’re very excited to witness and greatly looking forward to," they said
