Suga asks ARMY to wait a little bit to see BTS run around the stage again on last episode of ‘Suchwita’

South Korean boy band BTS member Suga, who successfully ran the talk show 'Suchwita' (Time to Drink With SUGA) concluded its first season with the last episode aired on February 26. The guest for the season finale was Suga's close friend and producer Jang Yi Jeong also known as EL CAPITXN. He is known for producing many hit tracks of BTS such as 'AMYGDALA', 'DDAENG', 'Interlude: Shadow', 'Take Two', and 'Daechwita'.

The two talented individuals came together and spoke at length about their experiences of making music. During the final episode, Suga bid adieu to the first season. He said, "During the opening today, I mentioned that it was a special day. Well, today was the last recording of Suchwita Season 1. This is the last episode. It was also the last official item on my schedule... December 2022, starting with the whiskey and traditional liquor that Namjoon brought, I met and talked to many different people from various fields. There's going to be a Season 2, right? I hope so."

In a farewell message for Army, Suga said, "If you just wait a little bit you'll be able to see the seven of us running around on the stage again. I imagine that day a lot. If you open your eyes one day we'll probably be there because our team BTS has always been that kind of team."

As a section of BTS members continues to fulfill their military services, Suga is currently engaged in social services due to a shoulder injury. He began his military service on September 22, 2023, following his tour in North America. He is set to be discharged on June 21, 2025. As of now Jin, RM, and J-hope are serving in the military.

In 2022, BTS announced that they would be taking a sabbatical to focus on their professions individually while underlining that this would not be a permanent arrangement. They've certainly delivered on their promise, as the band continues to push group content.

After announcing the hiatus, Suga was quoted by Global Economic saying, "It was hard to create music and lyrics. I have lost what I want to say, and now I really have nothing to say."

Formed in 2010, the South Korean boyband BTS -- also known as Bangtan Sonyeondan comprising Suga, RM, V, Jin, Jimin, J-Hope, and Jungkook -- previously took a break in December 2021, when the group said they needed some downtime to recharge.
