K-pop boyband SEVENTEEN is preparing for a much-anticipated comeback this October. This news comes amidst concerns about their leader, S.Coups, who is currently recovering from a knee injury. In addition to this, once rumours started making the rounds that SEVENTEEN would release more music before the end of the year, there were speculations about Seungkwan's participation due to his recent illness. However, Hankook Ilbo's exclusive report hinted that he will be part of this comeback. All Kpop also said that S. Coups will also join the group for the album's promotions after taking a brief hiatus because of a torn ACL.

As rumors about SEVENTEEN's 11th album began circulating, their management agency, PLEDIS Entertainment, officially confirmed the news. Soompi shared a statement from the agency which read, "It is true they are making a comeback with their 11th mini album at the end of October. Currently, they are in the final stages of preparations for the album, and we will announce the exact comeback date."

SEVENTEEN's fandom knows as 'Carats' are buzzing with anticipation. One enthusiastic fan took to Twitter to express her excitement, saying, "OMG I'm so excited!!! This comeback is going to be big." Another combined their excitement with other major events, tweeting, "My heart is beating so fast. I just read about Tomorrow X Together expected Comeback on 13 October. Taylor Swift is also coming in October. My birthday is in October. And Seventeen confirmed like 2 months ago...OCTOBER." The overall sentiment was aptly captured by a tweet that declared, "The kings are coming back."

SEVENTEEN consists of thirteen members - S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, DK, Mingyu, The8, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino, was introduced to the world by Pledis Entertainment in 2015. Their journey hasn't been without challenges. Recently, leader S. Coups suffered a left knee injury during a filming session and underwent surgery. Fortunately, the agency announced the success of the procedure.

In earlier developments this year, SEVENTEEN released their 19th album, FML, in April. This album achieved a remarkable feat by recording 4.6 million pre-orders, making it the most pre-ordered K-Pop album at that time. The album featured standout tracks like "Super" and "F''' My Life." Following its debut, FML set records with 3.9 million sales on the first day, and 4.5 million in the first week. Forbes reported these staggering numbers. The album's success was further highlighted when it clinched the No. 2 spot on the Billboard 200. Riding on this wave of success, SEVENTEEN also revisited their previous works, re-releasing eight albums that were no longer in print. Their musical journey for the year was complemented with a 2-day concert, Follow to Seoul, which was held at the Gocheok Sky Dome and received an overwhelming response.
