On February 27th, a well-known South Korean media outlet, known for confirming various dating rumors, including those involving Blackpink's Jisoo and Ahn Bo Hyun, released a report hinting at a romantic connection between Karina and Lee Jae Wook. According to the report, the two celebrities supposedly grew closer romantically after attending a fashion show together in Milan last month and have continued their relationship in Seoul since then. However, an official confirmation of their relationship is still pending.
