Lucifer actor, Tom Ellis, surprised his fans by announcing the birth of his child via surrogacy. He and his wife Meaghan Oppenheimer welcomed a baby girl on November 8. The couple named her Dolly Ellis Oppenheimer.
Sharing her first pictures on Instagram, Tom wrote, "Our daughter Dolly Ellis-Oppenheimer was born on November 8th and within five hours of being alive, she single-handedly ended the SAG strike. We love her. Huge thank you to our amazing surrogate (sic)."

Meaghan unveiled her daughter Dolly's face in her Instagram post. In the first picture shared, the little one can be seen grabbing Tom's finger. The second picture shows the actor fulfilling his daddy duties. Dolly can be seen resting on his shoulder while he carried her gently.
Tom and Meaghan tied the knot on June 1, 2019. They reportedly started dating in 2015. After keeping their relationship under wraps, he popped the big question to her in 2017. She announced the engagement on March 27, 2017. Her Instagram caption read, "Does this ring make me look fat??"
It is Tom's second marriage. He was married to EastEnders actress and former co-star, Tamzin Outhwaite. The couple has two daughters together, Marnie and Florence. Tom is also a father to Nora from a previous relationship.
Meaghan worked as a child actress in the pilot for the Disney series Even Stevens. She also appeared in 2012's LoveFinder: The Virals. She has been focusing on her career as a screen writer. Her works include Fear The Walking Dead episode Not Fade Away and We Are Your Friends to name a few. She also created the TV drama Broken, as well as the Facebook Watch series Queen America.
Tom shot to fame with BBC One's sitcom Miranda. He also appeared as King Cenred on the BBC fantasy series Merlin, Justyn in Channel 4's No Angels and Thomas Milligan in the Doctor Who series three finale 'Last of the Time Lords'. He also did the BBC One soap opera EastEnders, the BBC sketch comedy show The Catherine Tate Show and the BBC medical drama Holby City.
In February 2015, Ellis was signed as Lucifer Morningstar in the Fox series Lucifer, based on DC Comics' publication and character of the same name, which premiered on 25 January 2016. He reprised the role of Lucifer during The CW's The Flash episode of the Arrowverse crossover Crisis on Infinite Earths.
