The Late Late Show with James Corden has announced it will celebrate its 1000th episode on Thursday by airing BTS's performance on their recent hit âButter' that was filmed in November. The K-Pop group had filmed the actor during their âPermission to Dance on Stage' concerts in Los Angeles's SoFi stadium.
That isn't all, Army can also look forward to another act. The Crosswalk performance that was shot in the middle of the street at the intersection of Beverly Boulevard and Genesse Avenue in West Hollywood, will air on December 16. This is the location where all of the other Crosswalk the Musical shoots have been filmed.
The collaboration came after a lot of speculation if BTS will ever return to The Late Late Show with James Corden since the TV show host got into a controversy for calling BTS fans â15 year old girls', the K-Pop band was spotted filming with him on the streets in West Hollywood.
Meanwhile, BTS recently got a solo nomination at the Grammys for the pop duo/group performance category for the second time, this time for 'Butter'. The band's hit number is nominated alongside Doja Cat and SZA's Kiss Me More, Coldplay's Higher Power, Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga's I Get a Kick Out of You and Justin Bieber and Benny Blanco's Lonely.
