Al Pacino and his girlfriend Noor Alfallah have reportedly parted ways. According to The Blast, the 29-year-old has filed legal documents in Los Angeles and has demanded full physical custody of their 3-month-old son, Roman Alfallah Pacino.
According to legal documents attained by The Blast, Noor has demanded full physical custody of Roman, with "reasonable visitation" given to Al Pacino. Reportedly, she has agreed to give the actor joint legal custody, which allows him to be involved in making important decisions in the child's life such as schooling, medical treatment, and religion.
As per the report, she included a page called a "voluntary declaration of parentage" signed by both parties. The document was executed 6 days after the birth of Roman. It was signed by Al Pacino and a third-party witness. The Blast reported that Noor told the court that she had "sexual intercourse " with the baby's father in this state, which resulted in the "conception" of the child. Al Pacino is the biological father of Roman.
The exact amount of childcare support is yet to be listed, as per the report. Al Pacino might have to pay a monthly amount and it depends on how much he earns per year. The Blast quoted the document in the report. It read, "The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party."

He is already a father to 22-year-old twins Anton and Olivia with ex Beverly D'Angelo, and daughter Julie Marie with his ex-girlfriend, Jan Tarrant. Additionally, actress and model Camila Morrone refers to the star as her stepfather after he dated her mother, Lucila Solá, for a number of years.
Al Pacino and 29-year-old Noor, who previously dated Sir Mick Jagger and billionaire Nicolas Berggruen, were romantically linked since April 2022 when they were pictured having dinner together. Noor and Al Pacino aren't married. As per reports, her pregnancy was determined after he had demanded a pre-natal DNA test after refusing to believe he could 'impregnate anybody'.
