Tommy Lee Jones in 'Criminal'

Los Angeles: Veteran actor Tommy Lee Jones is all set to join Kevin Costner and Gary Oldman in the upcoming thriller 'Criminal'.

Ariel Vromen, who wrote and directed 'The Iceman', is directing the movie from a script by Douglas Cook and David Weisberg, said the Hollywood Reporter.

The story deals with a dead CIA operative's memories, secrets and skills that are implanted into a dangerous prison inmate in hopes that he will stop a diabolical plot.

Jones will play a neuroscientist who transplants the memories. The actor next stars in 'The Homesman', which he also directed.
