Rihanna made former beau Chris Brown's 28th birthday memorable. While his fans flooded his Instagram account with wishes, it was Rihanna's phone call that apparently got him really excited.

"Rihanna was not about to let this day go by without hitting Chris up on his birthday," a source close to the pop diva told an international publication. "They FaceTimed, and when he picked up, she immediately started singing the birthday song. He was speechless. His eyes lit up and he had the biggest smile on his face. They talked briefly and she told him, 'I love you'."
