Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra has wrapped up shooting for the first season of her American TV series 'Quantico' in Montreal and moved to Savannah to resume filming her Hollywood debut 'Baywatch'

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra has wrapped up shooting for the first season of her American TV series 'Quantico' in Montreal and moved to Savannah to resume filming her Hollywood debut 'Baywatch'.
Priyanka Chopra took to Instagram to share the development and here's what she posted:
'Baywatch' is the film version of the popular 1990s TV series of the same name. Priyanka will be seen playing a negative role of Victoria Leeds in the movie.

The film has an eclectic star cast with names like Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron. 'Horrible Bosses' fame director Seth Gordon is directing the film from a screenplay written by Damian Shannon, Mark Swift and Barry Schwartz.

Beau Flynn, Ivan Reitman, Michael Berk, Doug Schwartz and Greg Bonann, creators of the iconic 'Baywatch' television series, are producing the venture.
'Baywatch' will release has been set as May 19, 2017.

Priyanka Chopra, who has carved out a niche for herself in western showbiz through her lead role in American TV series 'Quantico', says she said 'yes' to the show to break the stereotypical image that many have about Indian cinema and actors abroad. (Read more)
Priyanka plays Alex Parrish, an FBI recruit, who becomes a suspect of terrorist bombing of New York's Grand Central Station. The show's storytelling prism shifts between the present day with Parrish navigating her way through a class of FBI new agent trainees to the near future as the truth and repercussions of the attack emerge.
