The 29-year-old actress spent some quality mother-daughter time with Honor all day as they went shopping at Gymboree and made a stop at the Jack 'n Jills Bakery in Beverly Hills.

Earlier in the week, Jessica posed for photographs with Nicole Richie at a cocktail party for LA charity Baby2Baby at The Palihouse.
