Model-actress Elizabeth Hurley says she fought back tears as she paid tribute to late Estee Lauder boss Evelyn Lauder at a special remembrance service.

Lauder, 75, who co-created the Pink Ribbon campaign for breast cancer awareness, died at her home in New York in November after losing her own battle with cancer, Daily Star reported.
Hurley, who has been the face of Lauder's charity drive for several years, said it was an emotional event. "Evelyn Lauder's memorial was very moving.
My stiff upper lip hid behind my wobbly lower one & I sobbed all the way through my speech," she posted on Twitter.
