Bryan Cranston
Bryan Cranston has come on board an upcoming Disney film project called The One and Only Ivan. He joins Angelina Jolie and Sam Rockwell in the live-action animation hybrid film.
Adapted from Katherine Applegate and illustrator Patricia Castelao's tome by Mike White, the story follows a silverback gorilla (the titular Ivan, a CG character to be voiced by Rockwell), who lives in a cage at the Big Top Mall and Video Arcade.
Ivan does not remember life before the mall, but when the baby elephant Ruby enters his life, Ivan finds himself taking care of her and working on a plan to take Ruby away from their abusive owner. Cranston will be part of the cast, playing the mean owner of the mall who is cruel to his animal performers, reported Empire online.
