British singer Lily Allen says her new album will talk about her split from husband Sam Cooper, substance abuse issues and will also include a political message.
The 31-year-old singer tied the knot with Cooper in 2011 and split in 2016.
The Smile hitmaker said that the record will also touch upon her role as a mother. She said, "This album is quite insular."
