Hrithik Roshan came together with Hollywood stars and several international celebrities to provide a helping hand to Covid-19 relief measures in India. Duggu contributed USD 15,000 to the fundraiser spearheaded by US-based author and podcaster Jay Shetty as part of the Help India Breathe initiative.
There was a long list of contributors, including Jada and Will Smith (USD 50,000), Shawn Mendes (USD 50,000), Jamie Kern Lima (USD 100,000), Brendon Burchard (USD 50,000) and entrepreneur Rohan Oza (USD 50,000).

Ellen DeGeneres and Camila Cabello raised USD 59,000 and USD 6,000 respectively. Shetty shared a post revealing the donations and wrote, "In just two days, we rallied together for such an important cause. My heart is filled with joy knowing that lives will be helped and saved. This is just the beginning. We have a lot of work to do." Roshan replied, "Congratulations Jay... amazing." Sharon Stone was keen to repost the fundraiser on her Instagram account.
Speaking about his professional life, Hrithik has been roped in as the lead for the Indian adaptation of the popular English series The Night Manager. The actor will essay an Indian version of the Jonathan Pine character, essayed by Tom Hiddleston in the original 2016 limited series based on the 1993 novel by John Le Carre.
The Indian adaptation will start shooting in Mumbai in April.
